Country Nights Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Country Nights Line Dance Teaching & Events.
By booking a ticket, attending an event, or purchasing from countrynights.co.uk, you agree to the following terms.

2. Tickets & Bookings

Tickets are sold securely through the website using WooCommerce and PayPal.
Once payment is confirmed, an order-confirmation email will be sent — keep this as proof of entry.
Please check all event details before purchasing; tickets may not always be transferable.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method (normally within 7 days).
If an event is rescheduled, the ticket automatically transfers to the new date.
If you can’t attend, email country_nights@outlook.com at least 7 days before the event; refunds are handled case-by-case.
Refunds are not guaranteed within 48 hours of an event unless required by law.

4. Event Changes

Event times, instructors, or venues may change if needed for safety or operational reasons.
Major changes will be communicated by email as soon as possible.

5. Behaviour & Safety

Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
Anyone behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave without refund.
Please follow venue safety guidance and first-aid instructions.

6. Merchandise

All products are printed on demand by trusted UK suppliers.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email country_nights@outlook.com within 14 days with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund.

7. Payments & Security

Payments are processed securely through PayPal or WooCommerce Payments.
Card details are never stored. All checkout data is protected by SSL encryption.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled in line with the Privacy Policy.

9. Copyright & Content

All content, designs, and branding on this website belong to Country Nights Line Dance Teaching & Events.
Reproduction or use without written permission is not permitted.

10. Liability

Events are organised with care and attention to safety.
Country Nights is not responsible for personal belongings or circumstances beyond its control (e.g. weather or venue issues).
